Before having been a civic volunteer at the Centre de Ressource Politique de la Ville en Essonne (CRPVE) in 2017 , Cliff Matoumona was a former student in second year of Bachelor of Physics and Chemistry (University of Evry Val-d'Essonne). Through his civic volunteer mission, he was in charge of the digital support of councils of citizens which are made up of residents in sensitive urban areas to participate in the improvement of the community life. Cliff holds a scientific Baccalaureat (2013). For iriv he is closely involved in the projects for youngsters - JuCiVol, but also SCHOLA and EducOpera in Massy. He also participates in  projects dedicated to migration -  MiFamily by selecting examples of best practices, MigrAID and REVALUE by holding focus groups at the Cité des Métiers. He is associated to the update of all the weblogs.
