Camilla Bistrussu
Camilla Bistrussu is graduate in Master of Science “Organizational Psychology: Human Resources, Marketing and Communication” at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan (Italy). In 2019, she carried out an internship in the Human Resources of Coesia S.p.a. She worked at the Department of Learning &Internal communication, where she designed and implemented a new six-sigma induction process for the head office and the subsidiaries of Coesia. Her thesis was dedicated to a case study which stresses the importance of having a well-structured induction process in the era of change, diversity and interculturality. In 2017, she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Sciences at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan (Italy). At Iriv (from April 2020 to April 2021), Camilla is involved in different European projects combining a French and European implementation tackling the issue of diversity (learning, learners and environments). Firstly the DiverPass project is meant to design a guidance for professionals to support migrants. Secondly the CLASS project meant to design a suite of tools for teachers and staff of the Third Sector working with children. Thirdly the PROVE project, a competence model for practitioners in validation (Valuing Prior Learning-VPL). Lastly the GRIT project suggesting a mentoring for professionals to equip teachers working in sensitive areas with a Growth mindset approach among their students. For the GRIT, she attended a European seminar at the ISCTE (University of Lisbon) in September 2020 which gathered the Portuguese and French teams (face to face) and the Belgian and POlish teams (at a distance). CAmilla published a weekly article for iriv's Newsletter "Solidarité Covid-19" (March-June 2020).
